A clear refund baseline for one-time digital products and private dashboard access.

Digital Access

Because marketplace products provide immediate digital access, purchases are generally final once product access has been delivered.

If a duplicate purchase, access issue, or billing error occurs, contact hello@obsidianbusiness.com and we will review it case by case.

Eligibility Review

Refund requests should include the purchase email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds may revoke access to the related product, downloads, and private tool workspace for that purchase.

Custom Work

Custom consulting, design, and software work is handled through separate project agreements and is not covered by this marketplace refund policy.
